| lemon juice | oz |
| simple syrup | oz |
| olive brine | oz |
| olive oil | oz |

Directions
- Add all ingredients to a dry shaker.
- Dry shake for at least one minute or until a you have a white, thick foam.
- Add ice to the shaker, and shake one more time for about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
- Top with dots of olive oil and garnish with an olive.
